My Internal Feelings is an alternative social story in interception and body awareness, it is an alternative social story designed for kids who can't feel their internal workings well such as heart racing, needing to use the toilet etc. This is ideal for children who are unaware of the internal workings in their bodies to become more aware of themselves and what they need to do in order to better look after themselves.
